Adonis Brown - Houston Sharks
Houston County Sharks

Adonis has been playing for the Houston County Sharks for 5 years. After graduation, he has plans to keep playing wheelchair basketball and attend nursing school. Adonis has loved having fun on the Sharks, and considers them a second family. His quote he wants to leave behind to other plays is to “Always be yourself and to never judge a book by its cover.”

Elianna Stevens - Houston Sharks
Houston County Sharks

Elianna Stevens or “E” has been playing for the Sharks for 7 years. After graduation, she plans on attending GMC to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. E’s favorite moment as a Shark was winning the Basketball State Championship in 2020. After being behind, the team came together for a BIG win. The quote she leaves for other athletes is to “Do your best and be a good teammate”.

JaQuavious West  - Houston Sharks
Houston County Sharks

JaQuavious West has been playing for the Sharks for 7 years. His plans after graduation are to play college wheelchair basketball. His favorite memory as a Shark was winning his first State Championship his first year on Varsity. The quote he leaves for other athletes is “You must fail in order to succeed.”

McCarty McGraw - Muscogee Lions
Muscogee Lions

McCarty McGraw is a senior for the Muscogee Lions. She is graduating from Northside HS in Columbus, GA with honors. McCarty has played handball, basketball and football for the Lions for 2 years. McCarty plans to attend Columbus State University and major in cybersecurity. McCarty is involved in numerous club and organizations, some of those include FBLA, Multimedia Club, National Honors Society, Tri-M, marching band, Teen Advisors, Chick-Fil-A Leaders Academy and Young Life. McCarty is known for her offensive skills and leadership on and off the court. In her short time with the Lions she has made a lasting impression and will be greatly missed by her teammates and coaches.

Edward Rhone - Clayton Eagles
Clayton Eagles

Edward Rhone attends Jonesboro High School. He is a strong student athlete with continued undiscovered talent. Although he has physical challenges, he has not allowed that to deter him from his goals. He joined the Clayton Eagles last year as one of the team managers, and began playing this school year. As a proven leader, he has become co-captain for the team he calls his “family”. Edward’s desire is to graduate with honors, then enlist in the military with the United States Marine Corp. His goal is to pursue a degree in social work to eventually help the younger generation become better than before.

Brandon Ellis - Clayton Eagles
Clayton Eagles

Brandon Ellis attends Mundy’s Mill High School, in Jonesboro, GA. Brandon likes to hang out with friends in his spare time. Brandon believes that being a member of the Clayton Eagles is “a great way to meet new friends” and he appreciates being able to play sports with them, which is what he loves to do. After high school, Brandon plans on going to college to study Business and start a podcast with two of his friends about music, sports, and life.

Erika Ramota - Clayton Eagles
Clayton Eagles

Erika Ramotar attends Jonesboro High School where she is part of the ASL Club. She is originally from Miami, Florida. Outside of school, Erika enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports with friends, taking photos, reading, and writing. The Clayton Eagles holds significant meaning for her. They’ve been her rock, teaching her resilience, unity, and the true essence of teamwork. After high school, Erika plans to attend Gallaudet University to pursue a degree in business management, then continue on to Brown University for her master’s diploma in veterinary studies.

Clayton Eagles

Jaedin Lowe attends Jonesboro High School, where he is part of the ASL Club. He is originally from Atlanta and Athens. He began as a team manager for the Clayton Eagles last year, and began playing this year. After graduation, he plans on attending trade school for welding and construction.
