AAASP would like to thank the Clayton County Board of Education and the Peach County Board of Education for hosting the 2023-24 Wheelchair Basketball Officials Training Clinics. December 2nd, Byron Middle School in Peach County hosted the first of two clinics. Clayton County hosted the second clinic December 9th at their new Adapted Sports Facility, the Eagles Nest, in Lovejoy.
Clayton County also transported their players to the Eagles Nest so our officials were able to participate in controlled scrimmaging to help hone their skills. Clayton County board members stopped by to make sure everything went smoothly.
